how gifting works

2–5 business days in ontario and québec, up to a week out east or west. everything leaves our toronto studio, usually within 48 hours of your order.

yes — pick “ask them for me” at checkout and we email your giftee a link to fill in their own address. the surprise survives; the box still finds the door.

it happens, allegedly. unused sets can come back within 30 days for a refund or a swap — details under returns & care below.

really. one A6 vinyl sheet, all seven committee members, in every set. it does nothing and it costs nothing — that's the whole point.

start with the tote — that's the personality. the ring sets the tone. still stuck? pick the one that made you think of them first. that instinct is usually right.

yes. every set page lets you swap the ring for any of the nine — they're all C$34, so the math stays put.

as many as you like. each one gets its own note and its own box. ordering for a whole team? that's what for business is for.

for individuals, no — the committee takes curation personally. for teams of 24 and up, yes: see for business.

canada-wide, from toronto. no US or international shipping yet — the committee is still working on their paperwork.

one box: tote folded flat, ring in its own little case, sticker sheet inside, your printed note on top. no ribbon, no plastic, nothing anyone has to unwrap twice.

you can pick a ship date at checkout and we'll send it out that day. the exact delivery day is up to the courier, so aim a couple of days early — early never ruined a birthday.

yes. the box is small enough to behave.

30 days from delivery, unused, in the original box. refund or exchange, your call. the stickers stay with you either way.

cold machine wash, gentle, inside out. hang to dry — the dryer is where canvas goes to shrink. iron on low if you must.

swap it. within the 30-day window we'll exchange it for a different size, free — just keep it unworn. the sizing chart lives on every set page.

that shouldn't happen — email hello@dumbdumb.studio with a photo and your order number, and we'll repair or replace it. no receipt archaeology required.

about 300 characters — long enough for a real sentence, short enough that you have to mean it.

yes, until the box is packed — reply to your order confirmation with the new wording. once it's printed, it's canon.
